United States Botanic Garden

Old Post Office Pavilion: If you aren’t able to get tickets to go up the Washington Monument for view of the city, never fear. The Old Post Office Pavilion is the second highest point in Washington D.C. and offers views just as magnificent as the Washington Monument without the need for advance tickets or many crowds. Smithsonian Institution: Primarily located around the National Mall, the Smithsonian Institution is the world’s largest museum, education, and research complex.
